(Newser) – John Kerry said it. Joe Biden said it. But now the person who truly matters has said it: President Obama has concluded that Syria used chemical weapons, he tells PBS NewsHour. Obama, however, said he has not made a decision about a possible military strike. The president said it's clear that chemical weapons were used, and he said the US has ruled out the possibility that the rebels were responsible, as Bashar al-Assad's government claims. "We have concluded that the Syrian government, in fact, carried these out, and if that's so, then there need to be international consequences."

The US is in consultation with its allies, he said, adding that "I have no interest in any kind of open-ended conflict on Syria." Pressed on what such a limited action would accomplish, Obama said it would send a "pretty strong signal" to the Assad regime that it must stop the chemical attacks. The bigger message to Assad? "You are not only breaking international norms and standards of decency, but you're also creating a situation where US national interests are affected."

5 Star General of the Army Omar N. Bradley: He who can prevent or cause a war is just as responsible for the dead. All we can try to do is prevent. When we have given our very best to prevent and is they who do not want to prevent...we must continue to try to prevent. ie. Israel vs People with the right to live and exist. Why? Old Testament gives the Israelis land from the Nile River to the Euprates River...encompassing several countries. Jordan, Israel, Syria, Palestine and Turkey. Together with authority over the inhabitant dewellers. Why? New Testament tells them to love thy neighbor. The Israelis rebuke the New Testament. For God's sake, there is enought desert for all of them. It is all about Real Estate ownership. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker for some 40 years. I have a solution to their problems that is fair to all parties. It starts with an official Survey. It continues with an official breakdown of land areas. Thereafter recordation of land parcels. Ownership comes from the real estate term "Prescription" also known as adverse possession. When someone holds on to real estate in as hostile manner for a period of 10 years or more, they can acquire said land through Prescription. There after, each parcel shall pay their proportional share of taxes to the appropriate district. All have earned the right to live in harmony. Many have tried. Many have failed. It is only through the grace of Allah/God almighty that this can come into fruition. 1492
