(Newser) – A couple near Sacramento returned home to discover that their home had been burglarized and—cue the suspense music—that an intruder was still inside. But that's where the movie-like drama fizzles a bit: "He was passed out," Lori Hensley tells Fox40 Sacramento. "That’s when we locked him in our house and called the police." The cops arrived, though the suspect refused to leave for hours until the SWAT team barged in. Alejandro Hurtado, 27, faces felony burglary charges, and this might help explain things: He "had several bottles of our tequila," says Hensley.

I can see Tequila advertisement: "Our staff is so good, that don't try to drink it on the job, It will put you to sleep". It sounds like the guy must have been Hispanic.

I'm going to start a security business. We will sell bottles of Tequila for you to leave out under windows and sliding doors. Intruders break in and drink the Tequila. They pass out and you call the police. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy. For the preferred customers in the higher tier, we will also provide lime wedges and salt.

Now the burglar can sue the home owner for the bad wisky (Tequila)!
