(Newser) – When the final season of Breaking Bad wraps up, it won't be completely gone: AMC has signed on for a spinoff featuring the character of Saul Goodman, the lawyer played by Bob Odenkirk, reports the Hollywood Reporter. But it looks like we'll be going back in time. Expect "a one-hour prequel that will focus on the evolution of the popular Saul Goodman character before he ever became Walter White's lawyer," says the network and Sony. The working title for the series is Better Call Saul. USA Today says it probably won't air until the second half of 2014. Bad creator Vince Gilligan will be involved, but series writer Peter Gould will run the show.

Fantastic!!!! you bet I will call Saul,,,, can't wait,,, this guy is an original as there will is nothing like Saul on the little or big screen. Bob/Saul was originally cast on a short term basis, but because of this appeal, he became an integral part of BB with his part building with each succeeding episode. This one good thing coming with the conclusion of BB, thank you AMC and Gil....
