(Newser) – Another day, another run-in with police for Chris Brown: TMZ reports that the hip-hop bad boy's latest dust-up took place around 4:30am today in Washington, DC, where Brown has been charged with felony assault. Police say that Brown started arguing with a man around 4:30am today outside the W Hotel; things apparently went downhill, with Brown allegedly punching the man. Brown is reportedly cooling his heels in custody, while the man is being evaluated at a hospital. The bad news for Brown, TMZ notes, is that he's still on probation for assaulting Rihanna. In August, a judge ordered Brown to perform 1,000 hours of community service.

People like the "Chris Browns" in America do not fear the law OR it's penalties because of their fame and fortune. They know that the first thing the police ask for when they arrive is an autograph or picture with them when they find out that they are celebrities. And when the time for court comes around, the same applies for the lawyers and judges who oversee their criminal offenses. These peope are looked upon as "royalty" where ever they go.

Can someone finally send this little a**hole to prison where he belongs?

Maybe now he'll serve time. He's laughed off community service, cries that he's been singled out by authorities. The laws don't apply to him. Maybe it's a mix up. but felony assault is a pretty serious charge. Hope the victim is OK.
