Contrary to recent reports, incarcerated Pussy Riot troublemaker Nadezhda Tolokonnikova has not been shipped off to a Siberia prison—she's been shipped off to a Siberian hospital. Tolokonnikova has been off the grid for a while now, and yesterday, Russia's prison ombudsman said she'd been transferred to Siberia, and that she'd finally ended her hunger strike. But today, Tolokonnikova's husband, Peter Verzilov, tells Rolling Stone that she's at Krasnoyarski's Tuberculosis Hospital No. 1. He says doctors called him yesterday, and even let him speak to Tolokonnikova.

"She's not sick right now, she's just having procedures and tests related to the hunger strike," Verzilov says. "She said conditions and treatment were OK, but that the one thing was she was in very strict isolation." A source in the prison service tells Verzilov it's possible Tolokonnikova will spend the rest of her sentence in the hospital. (More Nadezhda Tolokonnikova stories.)
