In a post marking a year since the "critical milestone of 100 days post-transplant," she thanked all those who have helped her along the way, including her "longtime girlfriend, Amber." The pair have been an item for a decade, Mediabistro reports. Amber Laign is a massage therapist from the San Francisco Bay Area.
