(Newser) – Got a cottonmouth in your duck blind? The Duck Dynasty family says it has just the thing: a .22-caliber pistol, one of a dozen guns now being offered by the Robertson clan of A&E fame, reports CNN. The family's company, Duck Commander, teamed up with gun-maker Mossberg to create the weapons—nine shotguns, two assault rifles, and the aforementioned pistol.

While the cottonmouth-clearing ability is mentioned on the website, patriarch Phil Robertson, newly reinstated by the network after his anti-gay remarks, makes clear in a video for the guns what the main purpose is: "Do you know what makes me happy, ladies and gentlemen? To blow a mallard drake's head smooth off." They have a camouflage design and feature the family's now-famous duck-in-flight logo.

Would love to see a deal between the Robertson's and the Utah gun manufacturer Desert Tactical. Desert Tactical turned down a multi-million dollar contract proposed by Pakistan. Desert Tactical's mission statement says it all.

Libtards are beside themselves that a university graduate can head a millionaire duck call enterprise, have a decent family life, and stand up for whatever he believes. Wouldn't it be grand if we had a president and congressmen with morals and ethics like that.
