(Newser) – It's not always head shots and auditions that land stars big roles. Page Six rounds up seven out-of-the-ordinary ways actors got the part. A sampling:

  • Mila Kunis: Told producers of That '70s Show she was almost 18, when in fact she was only 14.
  • Madonna: Was convinced she was possessed by the spirit of Eva Peron and wrote the director of Evita a handwritten letter pleading for the role.
  • Megan Fox: Washed Transformers director Michael Bay's Ferrari ... as he videotaped.
  • Shia LaBeouf: Sent pictures of his private parts to the director of Nymphomaniac ... despite the fact that he'd previously admitted to Playboy, "I'm not extremely well-endowed."
Click for the complete list, or read about LaBeouf's latest exploits.
