It's been pretty quiet on the Rob Ford front since the Toronto mayor announced his bid for re-election early this month, but it looks like the drunken antics have begun again. Ford—who swore he had stopped drinking after news of his crack use surfaced—admitted he was drinking "a little bit" after video of him ranting in Jamaican slang at a restaurant over the weekend surfaced, reports the Toronto Star.

Ford mumbles, swears, and rants against the city's police chief in the video, reports the National Post, which provides a transcript and a translation of Jamaican terms like "raasclat" and "bumbaclot." Two men who tried to sell the video to the media before posting it on YouTube say the mayor was drunk when he drove to the restaurant. Ford denies driving there, but didn't say how he got there and witnesses say they saw his car parked in front of the steakhouse. Click for all the Rob Ford news you can handle.
