Most people go on dates lookin' for love, but this one ended instead with a little larceny: A New Jersey woman went out Thursday night with "Joel," a guy she met on an online dating site, reports the Daily Record. She took him back to her place, and one thing led to another—specifically, her getting distracted in another room and him taking off with her $4,000 Yorkie terrier and $3,000 flat-screen TV. She reported the theft to police, who started poking around. Miracle of miracles, Violet the Yorkie appeared tied to the television in the woman's yard around 3am yesterday. Cops say they know the real identity of "Joel," and that "Joel" could be facing charges. (More date stories.)
