Now Will, Jada Smith Being Investigated Over Photo

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith might not think it's weird that their 13-year-old daughter was photographed in bed with a shirtless 20-year-old guy, but apparently Child Protective Services does—because after the picture of Willow Smith and Moises Arias hit the Internet, CPS opened an investigation into Mr. and Mrs. Smith, sources tell Radar. "The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services ... received an anonymous tip about the welfare and safety of Willow, based on the contents of the photo," a source says. Another insider says the probe "is being taken very seriously by the department."

It was opened last week, and Will and Jada are said to be cooperating, though not exactly "happy that their parenting skills are under scrutiny," a source says. Social workers will talk to Willow and Arias as well, and the investigation will be open "for at least a month, out of an abundance of caution," the source adds. (Meanwhile, Willow's 15-year-old brother, Jaden, is also posing shirtless in bed with an older woman...)
