(Newser) – More than a month after the June 7 crash that critically injured him and killed a fellow comedian and friend, Tracy Morgan was released from medical rehab yesterday and "will continue his recovery efforts at home with an aggressive outpatient program," says his publicist in a statement obtained by Time. "He asked me to pass along his sincerest gratitude to everyone who has helped him get to this point. He would also appreciate some privacy during this crucial point in his recovery." Morgan is suing Walmart since, the suit alleges, a Walmart tractor-trailer caused the crash.

If he would appreciate some privacy upon his release, then he should not have revealed his plans to sue. If he had not have said that he intended to sue Walmart, then perhaps CNN wouldn't be on his lawn. Nothing like priorities folks,

"He would also appreciate some privacy during this crucial point in his recovery" But you know that CNN, Fox and the other networks are there with a generator, lights aimed at his door, they are pressing his doorbell repeatedly and occasionally using a compressed air boat horn to see if they can get him to open the door.

Judging by the Newser headlines, anyone would think that 50% at least of the US population was black.
