It's a tale of divorce and romance that seems like only Hollywood could invent, and it kind of did: A female writer for the TV show Orange Is the New Black has split from her husband of two years because she says the show helped her realize she was gay, reports TMZ, which obtained the divorce documents. Lauren Morelli began writing for the show after being married only five months, and says she immediately saw herself in lead character Piper. "I found a mouthpiece for my own desires and a glimmer of what my future could look like." As it turns out, that future includes OITNB star Samira Wiley, who plays Poussey Washington. They made a public appearance together last week, reports Glamour, which has the photo. (More Orange is the New Black stories.)
