76ers Push Heat Losing Streak to 11

Jamison lifts Wizards by Bobcats, Jefferson's 36 boosts Nets to win

(Newser) – The Philadelphia 76ers scored the final 10 points of overtime to send the Miami Heat to their 11th straight loss, 101-96 last night, reports the Associated Press. Andre Iguodala and Andre Miller both scored 24 points for the 76ers. Dwayne Wade scored 33 points for Miami, which has dropped 26 of 27. In other NBA action:

  • Antawn Jamison scored 22 points as the Washington Wizards won just their second game in their last 12 with a 110-95 win over the Charlotte Bobcats.
  • Richard Jefferson scored 36 points and Vince Carter had 24 as the New Jersey Nets moved to 2-1 in the post-Jason Kidd era with a 102-91 win over the Indiana Pacers.
