It's a common enough sentiment among LGBT youth, who are estimated to be four times more likely than their straight counterparts to attempt suicide: "I'm homosexual and I'm afraid about what my future will be and that people won't like me." So went the Humans of New York post on Facebook, from an unnamed boy, which the New York Times reports picked up a high-profile commenter as it went viral Friday: " Prediction from a grown-up: Your future is going to be amazing. You will surprise yourself with what you're capable of and the incredible things you go on to do. Find the people who love and believe in you - there will be lots of them. –H ."

" –H" being Hillary Clinton, a post dutifully shared by her campaign staff, though the Times notes the signature indicates Clinton herself made it personally. Clinton's sentiment has been re-shared almost 60,000 times as of this writing; it's part of a strong pro-LGBT push by the candidate, who also released a video titled "Equal" ahead of the Supreme Court's ruling legalizing gay marriage in all 50 states.
