Leonardo DiCaprio is making a Volkswagen movie—and it's not a relaunch of the Herbie franchise. Rather, his production company, Appian Way, has signed up to produce a movie on the Volkswagen emissions-cheating scandal, reports Variety. He will be working with Paramount, which has bought the rights to an upcoming book on the issue by Jack Ewing, reports Bloomberg, which notes that business scandals are hot in Hollywood right now. There haven't been any decisions yet on who will direct or star in the movie, Variety reports. (In his next role, DiCaprio will play "the 19th century equivalent of Hannibal Lecter.")
