(Newser) – The Los Angeles Lakers made sure in a big way that the Utah Jazz didn't break its franchise record for consecutive home wins last night. Kobe Bryant had 27 points and and Lamar Odom had 22 points and 12 rounds as the Lakers ended the Jazz' 19-game home win streak with a 106-95 win, reports the Associated Press.

The Lakers hit nine of their first 10 shots and were ahead by 24 early in the second period. Utah hadn't lost at home since a 104-98 loss to Boston Dec. 29. Carlos Boozer (23 points, 15 rebounds) and Deron Williams (26 points, 12 assists) both had big nights in the loss for Utah.
