The Tennessee Titans would love to unload suspended defensive back Pacman Jones, but they want to make sure they get something in return for the Pro Bowl-caliber player. The Cowboys appear willing to make that happen, reports Sports Illustrated. Dallas, which originally offered a seventh round pick for Jones, has now offered a player and a later-round selection.
Jones is currently awaiting reinstatement to the league after missing all of last year due to off-the-field problems with the law. Jones, who is also a dangerous kick return man, has said he wants be a Cowboy. "The kid was the sixth pick in the draft and we need to get something of value in return," an unnamed Titans official said.
