A toxicology report shows Tiger Woods had multiple drugs in his system—including painkillers and sleep medications—when he was arrested on suspicion of DUI on Memorial Day in Florida. The report released Monday shows Woods had apparently taken painkillers with brand names Vicodin and Dilaudid and anxiety and sleep drugs with brand names Xanax and Ambien, reports ESPN. Traces of THC were also found in his system, reports CNN. In a statement Monday, Woods—who underwent his fourth back surgery in April—said he "had been trying on my own to treat my back pain and a sleep disorder, including insomnia, but I realize now it was a mistake to do this without medical assistance."

Officers found the 42-year-old golfer asleep at the wheel of his running car in Jupiter, Fla., on May 29. A dashcam video showed him stumbling and slurring his words during a field sobriety test. The toxicology report was released by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office only after Woods pleaded guilty to reckless driving and agreed to enter a DUI diversion program in October, reports ESPN. The Palm Beach Post previously reported on the plea deal, noting Woods is expected to have his record cleared if he completes the program. In early July, Woods said he had already completed an "out-of-state private intensive program." On Monday, he added he is "continuing to work with my doctors," who "feel I've made significant progress." (More Tiger Woods stories.)
