Colorado is home to not one, not two, but three of the 10 US cities with the highest rates of exercise in the country. California also counts three cities on the top 10 list, based on the percentage of people who said they'd exercised for at least 30 minutes on three or more days in the previous week. This data was taken from a poll of 350,000 adults in 189 US metro areas in 2015 and 2016, reports Live Science. The 10 cities with the highest exercise rates:

  1. Boulder, Colo.: 70%
  2. Fort Collins, Colo.: 68%
  3. San Luis Obispo–Paso Robles–Arroyo Grande, Calif.: 67%
  4. Greeley, Colo.: 65%
  5. Santa Rosa, Calif.: 62%
  6. Honolulu, Hawaii: 61%
