John McCain took a not-so-subtle jab at Trump Nation on Monday when he criticized "half-baked, spurious nationalism." President Trump, famous for his counterpunches, has responded with a not-so-subtle statement of his own. "People have to [be] careful, because at some point I fight back," he told WMAL radio host Chris Plante when Plante asked him about the criticism. "I'm being very nice," said Trump, per the Hill. "I'm being very, very nice. But at some point I fight back, and it won't be pretty." To which McCain, who served five years as a POW and now has brain cancer, replied, "I've faced far greater challenges than this," per CNN. (More President Trump stories.)
