There was much ado made over Meghan Markle's wedding dress, but the new addition to the British royal family is dribbling out an extra detail vis a vis HBO documentary The Queen of the World, reports People. Gazing at her 16-foot veil, she reveals her quiet nod to tradition: "Somewhere in here there’s a piece of blue fabric that’s stitched inside—it was my something blue," Markle says. "It’s fabric from the dress that I wore on our first date." The veil also contained 53 embroidered flowers in a nod to each of the countries in the British Commonwealth," a move Markle says reflects "the fact that we understand how important this is for us and the role that we play, and the work that we’re going to continue to do within the Commonwealth countries."
