Rudy Giuliani has a single condition for Robert Mueller getting to interview President Trump, but it's a doozy: "Over my dead body," the commander in chief's personal lawyer told Fox News Sunday, per the Hill. No sooner had he dropped that line, however, than he quickly added, "But you know, I could be dead." Giuliani ripped into the special counsel over his treatment of Michael Flynn, saying he coerced Flynn "into perjury. I am disgusted with the tactics they have used in this case. What they did to General Flynn should result in discipline. They’re the ones who violated the law. They’re looking at a non-crime, collusion."

Also on Giuliani's naughty list is his predecessor, Michael Cohen, whom he dismissed as "pathetic ... He’s a lawyer. He’s the guy you depend on to determine whether or not you should do it this or way or that way," Giuliani told ABC's This Week. Giuliani points out that Cohen initially said he solely was responsible for hush-money payouts, and "now he says the opposite. You’re going to tell me which is the truth? I think I know what the truth is but unless you are God, this man, you will never know what the truth is. He lies to fit the situation he’s in." (More Rudy Giuliani stories.)
