(Newser) – Burt and Linda Pugach are having their third 15 minutes. The first was in 1959, when Burt hired a thug to throw lye in Linda's face after she broke up with him. The second, in 1974, was when, Linda, now blind, agreed to marry Burt, just released from jail. And now comes a new documentary about the couple aptly called "Crazy Love."

There's going to be a gallery show of the landscapes she painted before she lost all her sight, and the love letters he wrote her from prison. There are hopes for  a feature film about them. And why not? "We're a freak act," Linda tells the Washington Post happily.
