Nestle brings its diet program to Europe
(NEWSER) - Contrary to popular belief, French women do get fat, or at least that's what Nestle is banking on: The company's Jenny Craig diet program hits the country tomorrow, and will expand to Britain next quarter. "The French have a negative reaction to American food," says a Jenny Craig exec, "but in terms of weight loss, the Americans have credibility here." Still, the company will tweak its menu to include Euro-friendly dishes like couscous, notes the New York Times . No word on whether or not baguettes make the cut. More»
