(Newser) – A Baltimore teen accused of killing his parents and siblings will be tried as an adult, the Baltimore Sun reports. Nicholas Browning, 16, claimed he suffered mental and physical abuse by his parents and asked that his case be transferred to juvenile court. The judge denied his request despite testimony from a forensic psychiatrist stating the boy has a dissociative disorder.
