Ozarks boy turns himself in to sheriff's office
(NEWSER) - A teenager in the Arkansas Ozarks turned himself in yesterday saying he had shot his 16-year-old sister, the Southwest Times Record reports. “He came in ... saying he needed to speak with someone because he had killed his sister,” Franklin Sheriff Anthony Boen said of the 15-year-old. Deputies found the sister shot dead in her bedroom, but have not yet revealed a motive in the shooting. “We confiscated several weapons from the home and the vehicle,” Boen said. “He was an avid hunter, and his father was an avid hunter, so they had several guns in the home.” More»
