Casey Anthony Rejects Deal

(Newser) – Jailed Florida mom Casey Anthony today refused a deal that would have given her limited immunity in dealing with investigators probing the disappearance of her 3-year-old daughter Caylee, the Orlando Sentinel reports. The agreement would have protected her from having statements she made directly to investigators used against her, but any other evidence gathered from those statements would be fair game.

Her mom, Cindy Anthony, told NBC’s Today Show she believes her granddaughter—missing since July 15—is still alive. A non-profit organization has spent $30,000 on the search for Caylee, but says there's been a fall-off in volunteers.

I think casey left caylee in the car while she went out and when she came back out caylee had died. so i think she put her in the truck to by time so she could find a place to put the body. i don't think she will ever be found..so sad!

i think casey left caylee in the car and forgot about her ,and she died and she paniced,i cant imagine her doing in on purpose,but she should have called 911 ,,also i think caseys mom better snap out of it and realize caylee will never come back home,shes home with god now that beautiful precious little girl,god bless the grandparents,casey needs help,all she thinks about is herself. she deserves eveything she gets,,,we all love you caylee marie ,george and cindy

I think she killed that baby because she is greedy and only concerned with her own life. Caylee prevented her from having the life she wanted, partying and such....The pictures prove it.....Her mother and father know that Caylee is dead too....I dont see them out looking for her....How can they protect her knowing she did something terrible to that little girl....If she indeed left her with someone, that someone is totally crazy for not coming forward and saying that Caylee is ok... We need to stop making excuses for her and just admit she is a liar and a thief and she did something terrible to that little girl..

I am so mad at that family with the grandfather being a cop before he should know about the amber alert. and dear grandmom what the hell is she thinking she could talk to her dughter I have 17 grandchildren and 4 greatgrands and one more on the way I talk to my children every day and see how my grands are doing dont ever let my kids do something like that god knows what she did with her baby and so does she. the lies she tells and the people that fall for them I feel sorry for. that little girl is with god now. they need to check dumps for her remains they should take a wall in the jail and run the pictures 24 -7 for mom and see what happens or give her truth serum that would help in the war they did that she needs that also,she just dont care we can all see that and the grandmother likes the news on her she is as bad as her daughter she said her self she smelled a dead body in the car. then pizza lol she is joke nancy grace let her off to easy last night .And the bail bonds man that helped them out they were not even thankful for that and we hear that caylees mom never helped how could she were the tee shirt I dont get it help find her baby right these people have fell on their heads. what is grandmom going to do when she finds out her grand daughter is gone for ever who will she fell about all she has said about her daughter then , the way you help your children is not up holding them in something like this but to fess up , It would show you are doing the right thing I do feel sorry for them but the up bring was not right caylee mom is very sick. god be with her for what she has done

As far as the grandparents saying that caylee is still alive, they r just taking the lawyers advice and building caseys defense case. I would love to get my hands on casey and knock her smuggness right out of her. they will find the body eventually...maybe.

Casey Killed her baby, Cindy is living in fantasyland George is in denial and the Angel is in Heaven. I'm a grand-parent and if my daughter did anything like this to my Grand-daughter I'd be in jail! It's so apparent that the child is dead. The grandparents will not readily admit it because they're soaking up all the attention they are getting. I think they should put Casey in solitary confinement until she is ready to talk and the media should stop talking to the grandparents. They have been no help to finding their granddaughter, only a hinderance.

Cindy said her daughter will get mother of the year once Caylee is found.....she also said her daughter wants her bible in jail because she is religious....they are one CRAZY MESSED UP family. The fruit does not fall far from the vine. I am sick of seeing the scowl on cindy anthonys face on the news...she is like a badger..yet she created most of this drama. This woman has lied about everything since day one. First she claimed the girl was kidnapped and she was searching for her, then she said she knew where she was and that she was close by. Who is the real father? At one point she claimed that he was dead, then she claims that he is not. This woman is making a mockery out of the people searching for her daughter, the media, the police /detectives involved with the case, her parents and that poor little girl. I hope they find her soon and Casey gets her just rewards.

When did they get that swimming pool? If that is a new swimming pool i would dig it up and see what's underneath the slab of cement. That explains the chloroform in the trunk.... I think that a so called mother killed her baby and i could grantee that she is not going to be able to hold that in forever. I had 2 daughters by the time i was 19 and i would die for my kids. If they were missing for 1 minute i would call the police. She knows that if they cant find a body then she gets away with only forgery charges. I pray for all the missing children every night. I see they still have nothing on this little caylee I just dont get it, cant she see we the american people care more for this child then she does not feeling for her own child . I am very thankful for those who put the free time into trying to find that baby and their own money , not even a thanks from the family ???? wonder why well see her smile from the court room and her partying the great time she will have not having her baby under foot but some day she will pay and god knows she cant hide from him .
