Libertarian Bets $1M His GPA Tops Obama's

(Newser) – One of Barack Obama’s election opponents is putting his millions where his grades are. Wayne Allyn Root, the Las Vegas handicapper running for vice president on the Libertarian ticket with Bob Barr, has bet $1 million that he had a better GPA at Columbia University than classmate Obama. Root goes on to say in a Reason interview that Obama was a “communist” who was admitted to Harvard Law School only because he’s black.

“Does anyone doubt that possibly Barack could have gotten into Harvard with a C average because he's black, where as I, white, couldn't get into the same school with a B-plus, A-minus average?" Root asks. "And yet his wife says that America is a terrible nation unfair to minorities! I say, Au contraire!”

Maybe, Obama's father graduated from Harvard offering him a preference on admittance. It would happen if je were white and be understandable. This man Root has a problem understanding race and privilege. He should travel to Africa instead of hanging out guessing, drinking and gambling. He should have pursued his dream instead of being another spiteful race monger. I hope he loses that million. Pompous a@s imbecile. What has he done for Vegas? I live here and I never heard of him doing anything productive thus far.

As Marion Wright Edelman has said, "You can get all A's and still flunk life." I'd say that applies very well to Mr. W.A.R. ! Think of all the good he could do with $1 million. Instead, he'd rather pump up his entitled but deflated ego through character assasination and money squandering. What an embarrassment to Columbia!

Yeah, I think Mr. Root doesn't realize that if blacks could get into Harvard with C's Harvard would be full of blacks. Also, did his blackness allow him to graduate Magna cum laude from Harvard. Which anyone will say is damn hard. Just think Obama's Law School GPA was higher than Root's undergrad GPA!
