(Newser) – Home sales being a little tricky these days, a luxury developer in the trendy Buckhead section of Atlanta has stumbled onto a unique form of incentive: free house calls from doctors. Deep-pocketed buyers who plunk down $2 million to $12.5 million to live in a new high-rise will get free use of a roving medical practice, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

“People have got to be very creative in selling real estate now,” says a real estate professor at Georgia State University. The luxury market, in particular, is a tough sell these days, he notes. “A lot of people would like to sell to that handful, so you’re trying to distinguish yourself among a very select group.” The new digs also come with butler service.
