Transgender male, with 4-month-old girl, expecting second child in June

(Newser) – “Pregnant man” Thomas Beatie has another bun in the oven, just four months after the transgender male gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Though he’s legally a male, Beatie kept his natural female sex organs and has stayed off testosterone pills since the birth so that he could have another child, he tells ABC News.

“We are a man, woman, and child. It’s ironic that we are so different but yet, we’re just a family, just the same as anyone else,” Beatie and his wife, Nancy, told Barbara Walters. ABC airs a special tomorrow night about the media frenzy that ensued after the couple’s first pregnancy, and how it challenged traditional framing of sex and gender.

You poor pathetic people who have commented. You know nothing about the transgender community do you? I bet you don't or you wouldn't say such ignorant things about things in which you do not understand. How would the Children grow up Warped? They have a mother and a father, its not weird in any way. Oh and Jaguarj, Transsexuals are not weird, and I bet you even know a couple in real life. Honestly, the lack of knowledge!
