Resort guests ready for her to leave

(Newser) – The Caribbean resort where Amy Winehouse is running wild is ready for her to leave, especially after she threw a glass of water on another guest, the Sun reports. The troubled singer “misunderstood a conversation and wrongly believed a slight was made,” her spokesman said, and apologized only to avoid getting police involved. And Winehouse has reportedly extended her stay another week.

"Everyone wants Amy to disappear. Her attack on this guest was the last straw,” a source said. “She walks around in the same grimy bikini bottoms each day with her boobs on show, gets drunk, gropes waiters and is rude to male staff. She’s hardly the most popular guest."

(NEWSER) - It wasn’t a lack of alcohol , but alcohol itself that killed Amy Winehouse. A coroner has determined that Winehouse consumed a “potentially fatal” amount of alcohol the night she died, and ruled it a “death by misadventure,” the AP reports. A pathologist says Winehouse drank a “very large quantity of alcohol” and was five times over the drunk-driving limit. (NEWSER) - Lost star Matthew Fox apparently had a crazy Saturday night: TMZ reports that he was detained by cops outside an Ohio bar after allegedly assaulting a female bus driver. It all started when Fox attempted to board the party bus she was driving, though he wasn’t a guest. Heather Bormann claims that as she tried to block him from coming on, Fox “started punching my crotch and breast.” Though he was handcuffed and detained, he was released without being arrested, but an assault report was taken and Bormann says she may press charges. Alcohol was present, but cause of death still unclear

(NEWSER) - There was alcohol in Amy Winehouse’s system when she died, but toxicology tests turned up no illegal substances, her family says. No word yet whether the alcohol played a role in her death, and it's still not clear what killed her, the AP reports. In other Winehouse news, dad Mitch had to return donations to fans who wanted to contribute to the posthumous Amy Winehouse Foundation. A “dick head ... stole our foundation name" before Mitch registered it, he tweeted over the weekend. The Guardian notes that he decided to return the donations since, as he tweeted , “we haven’t got bank ac in that name.” (His latest tweet, however, indicates that he was able to get the name back.) Mystery surrounds Monday morning assault

(NEWSER) - Gavin DeGraw was released from the hospital yesterday after suffering a concussion, broken nose, black eyes, cuts, and bruises in a Monday morning assault . "Hi my friends. Honestly, I don't remember much," he posted—in a tweet his rep confirms to E! was by DeGraw himself. "I only know I can recover from here. Thank u all for your genuine concern. I love u guys."
