(Newser) – The Vatican today condemned President Obama's move to give federal funding to international groups that include abortions and abortion counseling with health care, the BBC reports. A Vatican official said the policy dealt a blow to those fighting "the slaughter of the innocents." Supporters of the move say it will promote women's health and help fight AIDS.

What about the right to Life, that the murdered babies have been denied? It is a long shot to say the Churches opion has anything to do with Womens right. It is based on the belief that life begins at conception...

Why isn't the headline "Vatican Blasts Humans for Endangering God's Earth?" All the destruction of God's creations seems a bit more vital than abortion.

Look peaceunique the government was BASED on Christian principles. Do you expect the dogma and laws not to have a religious tint? You know it's kinda funny to track our slow fall from greatness with people leaving the Church.. and our country leaving God behind.
