(Newser) – A public memorial for toddler Caylee Anthony, whose mother Casey is charged with her murder, will be held at a Florida church Tuesday, the Orlando Sentinel reports. The service will be open to the public, but the family is reserving the right to deny certain people entry. No cameras or video equipment will be allowed at the morning event.

This family is, at the very least, severely dysfunctional and at the worst complicit in the death of this poor child.

casey is in a nother world i pray she can one day realy see what she has done i truly belive she did this to her own child . I just don't get why her parents did not see and try to get caylee in there custody there had to be problems it just did not happen all at once that is what saddens me to know this little girl could have been saved unless there is more to them all maybe they did see but just let it go . that realy bothers me
