Nicole Richie: We're Pregnant

'Simple Life' star is nearly 4 months along

(Newser) – Sometime-actress Nicole Richie ended weeks of speculation yesterday by confirming that she is almost 4 months pregnant by her rocker boyfriend, Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden. "Yes I am. We are," Richie told ABC's Diane Sawyer. Richie is headed to jail for 4 days sometime in the next couple of months for drunken driving.

The waifish socialite was busted after heading the wrong way down a California highway. "If  I could personally apologize to every single person that has lost a loved one from drunk driving, I would," Richie said. The adopted daughter of singer Lionel Richie has long denied rumors that she battles anorexia.
