Miley: Relationship With Dad 'Not Weird at All'

Miley Cyrus is tired of people suggesting there's something a little odd about her relationship with dad Billy Ray, the Daily Mirror reports. “The media has said some stuff about my dad and me being too close and too cuddly for a father and a daughter,” she writes in a new memoir. Many found their poses in last year’s Vanity Fair photo shoot a bit off-putting. “For me and my dad, it's not weird at all.”
“We don't let other people tell us what expressions we're supposed to have on our faces when we take a picture together!” she writes. Miley is also dismayed that most coverage of her in the media focuses on her foibles. She puts it down to people “full of anger, hatred, and bitterness.” If only, she laments, they would pay more attention to her “achievements.”
