Reached the end of your rope with the Brangelina hype? Danica Lo of the New York Post is right there with you: “Just because you are a rabid adopter, zealous breeder, star as benighted mothers in movies no one watches, and live in France,” Lo fumes, “you are not a better person. Even if you are sleeping with Brad Pitt.”
Lo tears into the Hollywood power couple for dropping a “smug bomb” at Sunday’s Oscars, “swanning onto the red carpet for photo ops but shunning interviewers in what’s become their signature navel-gazing charade of the celebrity arrival. … After 4 years together, Jolie and Pitt have morphed into Mr and Mrs Ordinary. To stay at the top of the Tinseltown pile, just being good-looking is not enough —especially when your nose is held higher than the Hollywood sign.”
