Bruni Hopes to Expand French First Family

France's first lady wants to bring a Bruni-Sarkozy into the world and she's willing to adopt if necessary, the Daily Telegraph reports. "I would love to have another child, but I'm not going to fight against nature," said the 41-year-old former supermodel, who has a son from a previous partner. "I'm not obsessed by blood ties.
