(NEWSER) - Things keep getting scarier for Erin Andrews: A sick fan apparently told the ESPN reporter that he'd like to see her "dance her way through a hail of gunfire" in one of her appearances on Dancing With the Stars. He adds: "Better yet, I would love to shoot her with a Barrett rifle with a range over a mile." The Johnson family is “pleased with the decision,” their lawyer said. O’Ryan is being held in a California jail for trespassing on a studio lot—guns, duct tape, and all—in an attempt to meet the gymnast and Dancing With the Stars contestant. He faces 4 years in prison. Hearing set for next month

(NEWSER) - The man accused of stalking Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson pleaded not guilty to all charges yesterday, E! reports. In addition to his felony stalking charge, Robert O’Ryan, 34, is charged with two misdemeanor counts of carrying a loaded firearm. He is being held on $220,000 bail, and his preliminary hearing is April 27. Johnson was back in Dancing With the Stars rehearsals hours after the arraignment, TMZ adds, bodyguard in tow. More»
