(AP) – The CDC has confirmed that eight New York City schoolchildren were infected with swine flu, Mayor Michael Bloomberg said today, stressing that the cases were mild and many are recovering. The city is awaiting the tests of additional samples to see if more students are infected. Some students at St. Francis Prep School went to Cancun on a spring break trip 2 weeks ago, and more than 100 students had complained of flu-like symptoms.

Besides I wasn't advocating just pointing out a very different point of view. Don't be afraid of knowledge; fear the misuse and misunderstanding of it.

Hmm cound'nt disagree more. Give me ANY government in history ruling by ANY covert means and ill give you Tyranny in the end. Not to mention when was the last act of terror in the U.S.? Don't live your life in fear, and dont allow your fear to deliver you into subservience. Also most of the covert security actions in this country get exposed because of an accident or someones screw up (i.e. Broken arrows) and it tends to make the government look bad rather than protective.
