I'm Too Hot to Get Good Roles: Biel

Actress wishes she could at least audition

(Newser) – Jessica Biel, whose latest film is going straight to DVD, wants a career like Scarlett Johansson or Natalie Portman. What’s holding her back? Her looks, she tells Allure. Being so hot “really is a problem” when it comes to getting good roles, she says, adding, “I have to be blunt.” She also discusses her high-profile relationship with Justin Timberlake in the wide-ranging interview excerpted by Us.

“You love who you love,” she says of Timberlake. “You can’t choose that. It just happens to you.” But she isn’t in New York City for her beau, “I’m here because I’m interested in theater,” she says. “I have no idea if I want to get married. I have a lot to do careerwise.” And as for the suspected engagement ring? “I bought that ring for myself.”
