5 Judges Obama Never Considered

We guarantee Obama never considered any of these schmucks

(Newser) – Barack Obama probably never sat down to consider the worst possible contenders for David Souter’s Supreme Court vacancy. But the guys at The Stimulist did. Here are the top (bottom?) five judges who never had a shot:

  • Myron Steele: Used his government email address to send a lewd video to 38 male friends.
  • Donald Thompson: Convicted in 2006 of using a penis pump…during a murder trial.

  • Joseph Wall: Once complained that an African-American defendant “sits at home, gets high while his babymama works,” adding, “I swear there’s a club where these women get together.”
  • John Wulle: Told he’d “get a star” for completing an assignment in sensitivity training, Wulle replied, “I don’t need a star. I’m not a Jew.”
  • Jay Bybee: You’ll know him better as the torture memo guy. Probably violates Obama’s whole “dedicated to the rule of law” qualification.

President Barack Obama looked far and wide for candidates, but he didn't look at these guys.

Which would be called discrimination if it was referring to any other group.

Actually the real reason they weren't considered was that they are men.
