Driver Pleads Not Guilty in Crash That Killed LA Pitcher

The man accused in the April car crash that killed Los Angeles Angels pitcher Nick Adenhart, 22, and two others pleaded not guilty today to three counts of murder, the Orange County Register reports. Police say Andrew Thomas Gallo’s blood-alcohol level was three times the legal limit at the time of the accident; his lawyer is seeking a change of venue.
