Pattinson Grazed by Cab While Fleeing Fans

(Newser) – Dangerous work, this teenage heartthrob business. Twilight star Robert Pattinson got clipped by a cab outside a New York City bookstore while fleeing a horde of fans, reports People. Pattinson is fine: He walked away from the mishap, in which the cabbie reportedly grazed his hip before slamming on the brakes. Pattinson was filming a scene for his movie Remember Me inside the bookstore.

Dude!!! NEVER step in front of a NYC cabbie. I don't care if those fans were tearing the clothes off your back. You must have bodyguards, let them earn their pay, those little girls can't be that hard to handle. LOL Reply

I know it's joked about a lot, but I actually did have a cabbie take the sidewalk to drive around cars stopped in the middle of the street in Harlem one time; I've had some wild rides in NY. Reply
