Brown Cops to Assault, Avoids Jail

(Newser) – R&B star Chris Brown pleaded guilty to felony assault today and will get 5 years’ probation but no jail time, TMZ reports. Also included: Six months of labor, mandatory court visits every three months, and a restraining order keeping him 50 yards from his victim, singer Rihanna, at all times. The judge said Brown “was treated as any other person who comes through this court.”

this would mean that chris brown is the first black man to be sentenced by his gavel.

wonder how rihanna feels about that sentence. 5 yrs probation... he will never make it that long and will end up in jail. he is of the priviledged mindset and will definitely break the law again. he is a punk; assaulting a woman Reply
