Transformers From 'Da Hood' Spark Racism Charges

(Newser) – Critics are comparing Transformers to Star Wars, and not in a good way, E! reports. Twin autobots Skids and Mudflap are causing an uproar over ethnic stereotypes. The new characters are from “da hood,” can’t read, and inspired one critic to describe them as—horrors!—“Jar Jar Binks in car form.” And like Jar Jar, they're annoying. In the words of another critic, they are “a collection of every bad stereotype imaginable.”

Wait, if they're a mishmash of every stereotype, isn't that just a definition of America?

in the books, and in the movies, the "bots" accessed the web and researched linguistics, and culture, so these two adopted what they wanted...in real life....it's a fricken movie....go watch the movie white chicks, (wich I thought was funny as hell), and see the opposite perspective as to how whites are lampooned

Those characters are easily the worst thing about this awful, awful movie. They are this decades Jar Jar, without a doubt.
