(NEWSER) - Mariah Carey and Jennifer Lopez certainly aren't the only divas in Hollywood: Nicki Minaj's concert rider, recently revealed in a magazine interview, show that she has some pretty involved backstage demands as well. Those include three 12-piece buckets of spicy fried chicken, no thighs, and scented candles smelling like baked goods, the Daily Mail reports. The Huffington Post rounds up the food requests of 13 other celebrities:

• Jordin Sparks: The American Idol alum only wants healthy food, including a jar of kosher pickle spears.
• Lady Gaga: Her rider doesn't demand food at all, just beverages including Red Bull.

Eminem bound to score at Sunday's awards show

(NEWSER) - The Grammys are Sunday, and it’s inevitable that you won’t agree with the winners in every category. In Entertainment Weekly , Leah Greenblatt and Simon Vozick-Levinson let us know who will win … versus who should win:

• Album of the Year: Eminem will win for Recovery, but Arcade Fire’s The Suburbs “is an album in the truest sense, not a haphazard collection of singles and filler.”
• Record of the Year: Eminem will take it home again, for "Love the Way You Lie" with Rihanna. But “Nothin’ on You” by B.o.B and Bruno Mars “is the most perfect pop tune of the bunch.”
• Song of the Year: Lady Antebellum can finally snag a win in this category for “Need You Now.” Fair enough, since it’s “both ubiquitous and beloved across genres,” but “how fun would it be to watch a presenter open that envelope and announce Cee Lo's 'F*** You' to an audience of millions?”

Eminem enjoys a comeback, too

(NEWSER) - Kanye West's comeback must be complete: Rolling Stone awarded him the top slot in its list of 2010's 30 best albums. The top 10:

1. Kanye West, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy: "Music as sprawlingly messy as his life," these songs are "hip-hop epics ... full of the kind of grandiose gestures that only the foolish attempt and only the wildly talented pull off."
2. The Black Keys, Brothers: "Their best record yet: vivid tunes stripped bare and rubbed raw ... it's rock minimalism pushed to the max."
3. Elton John and Leon Russell, The Union: "Two rock giants ... rekindle a friendship and make music that ranks with their best."
4. Arcade Fire, The Suburbs: "An album of vast, orchestral rock that locates the battle for the human soul amid big houses and manicured lawns."

Some choices, like Glenn Beck, may be a bit tongue-in-cheek

(NEWSER) - Some white people “claim ‘blackness,’” and a few actually do make the cut. The Root offers a list of the 33 “blackest white folks we know”:

• Christina Aguilera: Unlike fellow pop starlets Britney Spears and Jessica Simpson, Aguilera actually has soul. She even “channeled Patti LaBelle in the remake of ‘Lady Marmalade.’”
• Glenn Beck: Perhaps he’s the person you’d least expect to see on this list, but he did give a black history lesson on his show.
• Eminem: “He's from Detroit. He raps about the hard-knock life. And he rolls with Dr. Dre. Case closed.”

He's back in studio, comparing himself to legends

(NEWSER) - Famously egotistical rapper Kanye West is back in the studio—and comparing himself to Kobe Bryant and Maya Angelou in a typical-for-him, all-caps blog post .
