Despite members of 'Team Kate,' reality dad gets phone numbers, attention

(Newser) – Collecting phone numbers, drinking Veuve Clicquot in his cabana, starting a Twitter feed: It was all in a day's work for Jon Gosselin, who hosted a Las Vegas pool party at the MGM Grand on Saturday, People reports. “It looks like we'll have a good time,” the reality dad said upon arriving to the party, attended by 2,000 people—including a few who shouted, “We love Kate!” E! adds.

Jon didn’t seem fazed by the razzing, though he couldn’t have been happy that his mom—his date for the event—also overheard comments like, “Go sleep with that 18-year-old.” That didn’t stop him from taking photos and mixing drinks with the bikini-clad women who flocked to his private bungalow. He also hit Vegas hot spots Cirque du Soleil and Craftsteak during his visit, and plans to meet with Ed Hardy's Christian Audigier today to discuss their rumored line.

They both suck at life. She is bat shit crazy and he is guilty of being an unrelenting douche bag. So where are the kids when Jon is hooking up with 19 year old strippers and Kate is getting nailed by her "bodyguard"? Hmmmmmmmmm. Reply

Life's great when you have someone reliable at home looking after the kids while you're having fun and enjoy life, isn't it? Bet he's just glad it isn't him doing all the sacrificing. Phew! Reply
