Girlfriend: DJ AM and I Weren't Broken Up

'We were very much together,' says Hayley Wood

(Newser) – Amid reports that DJ AM turned, fatally, to drugs to deal with a breakup, his last girlfriend tells Us Weekly they were still together when he died last week. “Any indication that this horribly tragic accident happened because of a rumored breakup is not only untrue but disgusting,” Hayley Wood, 22, says of her relationship with Adam Goldstein, 36. “We were very much together at the time of his passing, and I love him very much.”
