(Newser) – Now that former Playmate Holly Madison is no longer a girl next door, she's opening up about how ex Hugh Hefner damaged her self-esteem. She also tells Life & Style why she turned to plastic surgery, PopEater reports.

  • On Hef: "Living with Hef brought down my self-esteem a lot. I was comparing myself to the other girls. You have to look a certain way at the mansion."

  • On plastic surgery: "Plastic surgery made it easier for me to get things I wanted in my career. Without it, I wouldn't be where I am today. It made me more confident. And a lot of doors open when you look a certain way."
  • On the future: "I wouldn't consider more surgery—unless my body implodes after I have kids!"

Let's see living with him hurt her self esteme, but the fake tits helped? Did someone have a gun to here head to keep her from leaving? She had no problem with the show since it got her a rich hubby and show, plus plenty of publicity for running around naked. So please take your whiney tail someplace else and count your money which is what you wanted in the first place.
