(Newser) – A guard tossed a teenage boy off a train in India apparently because the boy lacked the cash to bribe him, CNN reports. The 13-year-old, who reportedly couldn’t pay the bribe necessary to sell his wares on the train, had to have his leg amputated after the fall. The guard is in jail on charges including attempted murder.

Sounds like a typical Republican guard to be honest, damn shame about the boy, this should leave him with love in his heart toward the "upper class" thats for damn sure Reply

It's not a class thing. Bribes will get you everywhere in India. Hell, a bribe got someone I know her Indian drivers license even though she hit other cars while parallel parking. I kid you not. I imagine she would have had to pay a bribe even if she hadn't, though.

god undertaker, you're fucking insufferable. india doesn't have a republican guard, and police corruption has nothing at all to do with the upper class. you give liberals a bad name.

Geez UrU, sure the Republicans will send other people's kids off to die in Iraq for Halliburton money and they would gladly deny health care and food to the poor, I don't think they are so callous as to throw a kid off of a train.
